Last night Strasbourg was wounded by a 29-year-old man who fired at the crowd in the Christmas market. A Christmas market that brings almost two million visitors each year.
Two confirmed deaths and more than ten people injured, of which very very serious.
Strasbourg is also the seat of the European Parliament, but for now it does not seem that the terrible event has anything to do with the European institution.
While 400 French policemen are chasing the terrorist, the European Parliament will observe a minute’s silence today at 12.00.
